The 26-year-old was found dead in her South Melbourne apartment in May.
Ricardo Barbaro, 33, has been charged with her murder.
Outside the funeral, Ms Price’s mother Tracey Gangell said her daughter had touched the hearts of everyone she had met.
“She used to walk into a room and everyone would just stop and sort of look at her, she’d just light up room,” Ms Gangell said.
“She was a beautiful, bubbly girl who loved life, lived to the fullest, and every day she made it count.
“She always cared for others, she had a heart of gold.”

Ms Gangell said Ms Price was dedicated to her four-year-old son, Mostafa.
“She lived for Mossie, she just did everything she possibly could to make him happy,” she said.
Ms Price’s friends and family wore pink to the funeral, her favourite colour, to match her casket.
