An angry Liverpool called for Jurgen Klopp to be SACKED after watching the Premier League champions get absolutely spanked by Aston Villa on Sunday.
Klopp suffered the worst defeat of his managerial career, and the clubs heaviest since 1963, as they lost 7-2 in an extraordinary match at Villa Park.

Liverpools back four was dismantled by Dean Smiths side, who were 4-1 up at half-time thanks to an Ollie Watkins hat-trick, while Jack Grealish had a hand in five of the goals with a brace and three assists.
A fuming Klopp admitted after the game his players were guilty of making massive mistakes, but many supporters would have seen this result coming, albeit probably not against Villa.
While the Reds stormed to the clubs first title in 30 years last season, their defence has not been as solid since the Premier League restart, and Klopp has yet to find a solution.
Liverpool have conceded 11 goals in their first four matches of the new campaign, including their 4-3 opening day win over promoted Leeds United.
Aaron the Reds fan called into Darren Bents Boot Room to have his say after a disastrous evening in Birmingham, and he was quite clear about what he thinks should happen next
Klopp was stunned by Liverpool’s display
Klopp has got to go, hes got to go, he said, quite clearly upset.
Im sorry, but hes got to go.
Listen, I know Im not from up north, I know Im not a Scouser, but how many times have we got to address these defensive issues? He has to go!
I think hes trying to tell us something
Were conceding SEVEN to Villa, but it should have been nine or ten!
Well, hes not wrong there. Watkins could have had at least five on Sunday night, as he was denied a brilliant goal by the crossbar in the second-half.
OK, it was a bad game, added Aaron, But Klopp said last week that we take risks by playing a high line, and weve been showed up by Villa. They have absolutely spanked us.
Klopp has got to address this problem, or hes got to go!
Liverpool fan wants Jurgen Klopp sacked after shocking 7-2 defeat at Aston Villa – ‘Klopp has to go! Im sorry, but he’s got to go!’
Aaron wasnt the only one fuming about Liverpools nightmare evening at Villa Park, either.
Darren Bent was also joined on the phone by Reds fan David, who was absolutely seething that the club still havent strengthened this summer with the defeat proving they need another centre-back and a new back-up keeper.
He fears the worst ahead of the upcoming Merseyside derby, saying in-form Dominic Calvert-Lewin could score two hat-tricks against this defence.
And he also says Liverpool can forget the Premier League title, and could even miss out on the top four, if their woes at the back continue.
This was coming, he said.
Fans were there when we lost 3-0 to relegated Watford and when they were 2-0 up against Atletico Madrid and blew that just before the lockdown.
Liverpool let in three goals against Leeds and only won it 4-3, they did better against Chelsea but then Thiago Alcantara and Sadio Mane have both got coronavirus, and they clearly miss him, but why didnt Liverpool sign a decent goalkeeper as backup for Allison?
Adrian was guilty of another howler for Villa’s opener against Liverpool – leaving fans wondering what might have been had Alisson not suffered a shoulder injury in training
Because if Allison gets injured, as has happened, you cant have a goalkeeper who worse than Loris Karius as a back-up, and thats who weve got. Hes responsible for at least letting four or those goals in.
Virgil van Dijk cant do it all by himself, he is the only decent defender in that Liverpool side.
The others are attacking wingers like Andy Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold, I dont think that much of Joe Gomez either, but if they dont buy back-up for Van Dijk, if he gets injured or sent off or gets coronavirus, who are they going to have at the back?
Weve conceded seven goals and that was only against Aston Villa, were up against Everton next and Dominic Calvert-Lewin could score TWO hat-tricks against that defence. Its just not good enough!
This is worse than Man City losing to Leicester.
Liverpool can kiss the Premier League title goodbye and they might not even get into the top four if they keep conceding like this.
