Fulham have reported no injury concerns ahead of their Premier League return,
France goalkeeper Alphonse Areola, who is on loan from Paris Saint-Germain, is pushing for his debut.
Fellow summer arrivals Mario Lemina, Harrison Reed and Kenny Tete could also feature.
For Arsenal, David Luiz has been ruled out for up to six weeks with a neck injury sustained in the Community Shield.
He is set to be replaced by William Saliba or fellow new signing Gabriel.
Willian, who joined on a free from Chelsea earlier this summer, is also set to make his Gunners debut.
