Mike Tyson is on the comeback trail and the boxing icon looks in better shape than ever.
The heavyweight legend has been regularly posting videos of himself hitting the pads with ferocious power and recently showed off a toned physique most 53-year-olds can only dream of.

We may even get to see a trilogy fight between Tyson and Evander Holyfield at some point with his old adversary also planning to return to the ring.
The former heavyweight champion boasted he is in the best condition of his life and that could be, in part, down to his diet.
Following his retirement in 2005, a diet of steaks, alcohol and drugs saw his weight balloon to 27 stone.
Back in 2010, he changed to a plant-based diet and helped him lose a whole lot of weight and he also claims it helped alleviate some of his health problems.

He told Oprah Winfrey in 2013: Well my life is different today because I have stability in my life. Im not on drugs. Im not out on the streets or in clubs and everything in my life that I do now is structured around the development of my life and my family.
I lost weight. I dropped over 100lbs and I just felt like changing my life, doing something different and I became a vegan.
Becoming a vegan gave me another opportunity to live a healthy life. I was so congested from all the drugs and bad cocaine, I could hardly breathe. High blood pressure, almost dying, arthritis and once I became a vegan all that stuff diminished.”
Anyone who will have seen The Game Changers Netflix documentary will know a growing number of sports stars are turning to a vegan diet ranging from Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton to UFC fighter Nate Diaz.
Even Arnold Schwarzenegger made an appearance telling people to cut back on the meat products.
It seems Iron Mike has been sticking to the plant-based food over the last decade.
And in an interview with GQ Sports in 2019, Tyson said of his diet: I dont eat anything that has a mother and father.
If you were created through a mother and father, through any kind of intercourse, I wont eat you.
So that means I only eat vegetables and stuff.
So remember, eat your vegetables.
