Police said the man in his 30s was stabbed during an altercation at Collaroy, with officers establishing a crime scene.

A man has been taken to hospital after he was stabbed in the abdomen during an altercation at Collaroy in Sydney’s northern beaches on Saturday.
Police were called to a home on Eastbank Avenue at about 2.50pm after reports of a stabbing.
In a statement, a NSW Police spokesperson said officers were told there was “an altercation between two men and a woman, before one of the men was stabbed in the abdomen and the second fled the scene”.
The injured man, who is in his 30s, was taken by helicopter to Royal North Shore Hospital.
