In the Outaouais, a new death was registered since Thursday, bringing the regional total to six. The region has 326 confirmed cases of the virus, up four from Thursday.
In eastern Ontario, the Leeds, Grenville & Lanark District Health Unit reported 319 confirmed cases of COVID-19 as of Friday, while the Eastern Ontario Health Unit reported 112, and the Renfrew County and District Health Unit reported 17.
