I mean look at what happened. There are far less silver/gold/platinum awards out there, because nearly everyone gets free awards. So you have fairly mediocre posts with possibly hundreds of these free awards making the whole concept somewhat worthless.
I think it’s nice that everyone get an award, but at the same time, the excitement from getting one is practically gone. At least that’s my experience. I’m not speaking for others.
